Every job is scoped in writing before work begins. Any tasks not included in the original scope require a new quote and approval. We do not add tasks mid-job without written agreement. This protects both parties and ensures pricing is always clear and fair.

We use your information solely to respond to your project inquiry, schedule and perform services, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your information is stored securely and accessed only by our team. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

Service Agreement & Terms

Scope of Work

All work is scoped in writing before commencement. Any tasks not included in the agreed scope require a separate written agreement and additional payment. Verbal additions to scope during a job are not binding — all changes must be confirmed in writing or via text message.

Payment Terms

Service calls ($125) are due upon completion. Larger projects require a deposit before scheduling — amount confirmed during the estimate process. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service call fee of $125. This policy protects the time of our crew, who schedule their day around your confirmed appointment.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate descriptions of the work needed. Misrepresentation of scope — including undisclosed conditions, hidden damage, or additional tasks presented after arrival — will result in revised pricing before additional work proceeds. We reserve the right to decline any work that was not part of the original agreed scope.

Warranty

We stand behind our labor. If a defect in our workmanship appears within 30 days of project completion, we will return to correct it at no charge. This warranty covers labor only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or materials supplied by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or consequential damages beyond the scope of the agreed work.
