All work is scoped in writing before commencement. Verbal additions are not binding. All changes require written confirmation before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Service calls ($125) due upon completion. Larger projects require a deposit before scheduling. Balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice required. Less than 48 hours = $75 late fee. Same-day cancellations = full $125 service call fee.
Warranty
Defects in our workmanship within 30 days corrected at no charge. Covers labor only.
